Descriere

  • Build and implement data and analytics functions within a business area.
  • Set short- and long-term strategies for those functions in line with enterprise goals.
  • Direct strategic, operational, and financial work across data storage, preparation, exploration, governance, analytics, and delivery.
  • Oversee information and analytics platforms and solutions for stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Manage information management, analytics, and delivery from end to end.
  • Apply industry trends and practices to processes, technology, and strategic plans.
  • Advise on data, information, and application architecture.
  • Lead reporting, identify reporting opportunities, support analytics and complex projects, retire reports, and expand self-service capabilities.
  • Deliver strategic insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Set analytics direction and shape strategies that influence the business and drive change.
  • Oversee innovation, prioritization, capacity, and problem resolution.
  • Oversee the information delivery experience and related risks.
  • Identify ways to apply advanced data delivery and business solutions to business problems.
  • Ensure risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, operations research, engineering, or a quantitative field, or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Eight years of data and analytics experience generating results in a complex financial services organization.
  • Three years of people leadership experience building, managing, or developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing work toward strategic goals.
  • Strong business acumen in measuring business outcomes, business operations, industry practices, and emerging trends.
  • Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience conducting moderately large-scale data analysis using internal and external data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders and tell a clear story through data.

  • Preferred: Track record of designing data initiatives that grow revenue, improve operational efficiency, and increase profitability.
  • Preferred: Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams through complex data transformations.
  • Preferred: Expert ability to turn analytical results and technical roadmaps into actionable insights for C-suite executives and non-technical business leaders.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated success delivering large-scale data modernization projects.
  • Preferred: US military experience through service or as a military spouse or domestic partner.
