Descriere
- Create carousels, static images, and social-first templated videos for demand-generation campaigns
- Review content libraries and repurpose footage into a range of creative assets
- Develop multiple ad variations informed by creative performance metrics
- Produce behind-the-camera digital media for social media and YouTube
- Design and edit assets with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools
- Adapt images, carousels, and videos to required aspect ratios and placements
- Develop and execute content ideas aligned with content calendars
- Partner with the copywriter, creative team, and clients to develop concepts for testing
- Track creative campaign results and refine asset design, messaging, and visual hooks
- Represent the creative function in meetings while sharing updates, challenges, and opportunities
- Keep documentation and working files organized
- Follow company policies and established procedures
Cerințe
- Experience producing content for YouTube or social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
- Basic photography and video-production capabilities
- Strong command of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative and original ideas
- Ability to deliver against demanding deadlines, quality standards, and budgets
- Ability to recognize and implement improvements to creative workflows
- Ability to track performance metrics and meet or surpass campaign creative targets
- Clear communication with cross-functional partners and department leadership
- At least three years of professional experience in design, digital marketing, creative work, or content production
- Portfolio demonstrating behind-the-camera content for YouTube and major social platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Canva or comparable template-based tools
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Thorough knowledge of social video formats, image aspect ratios, and export requirements
- Ability to assess asset performance and turn insights into new content concepts
- Willingness to learn and apply emerging AI-assisted design and content-creation tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting using Slack, Zoom, and email
- Ability to spend extended periods seated at a desk and working on a computer
