Developer Experience Event Manager — Xsolla (Remote, United States)

Xsolla is seeking a Developer Experience Event Manager to deliver conferences, hackathons, and developer activations across global markets. The role oversees vendors, budgets, sponsorships, demonstrations, and event performance reporting.

Descriere

  • Own strategy, logistics, and on-site delivery for developer conferences, meetups, hackathons, and activations connected to major platform launches
  • Work with Developer Relations to turn regional engagement priorities into actionable event plans
  • Oversee sponsorship commitments and partner relationships for developer and industry events
  • Identify and negotiate with venues and suppliers, including booth builders, audiovisual teams, creative producers, and hotels
  • Prepare and monitor detailed budgets across regions and currencies
  • Coordinate with Developer Marketing and internal marketing teams on landing pages, email campaigns, and social media activity
  • Publish and maintain event pages on the Xsolla website and registration services such as Splash and Luma
  • Work with creative partners to produce event collateral, graphics, and branded materials
  • Arrange speaker sessions, workshops, and panel involvement
  • Assist with on-site integration showcases and technical demonstrations
  • Manage product demonstrations from preparation through delivery and equip attending Xsolla staff with briefing materials
  • Produce pre-event briefings, on-site run-of-show plans, and post-event reporting
  • Monitor leads, engagement metrics, and return on investment through CRM platforms
  • Contribute to event research, sponsorship assessments, and strategic planning recommendations
  • Travel internationally when necessary to manage events and represent Xsolla at global developer and industry gatherings

Cerințe

  • At least three years of event management or experiential marketing experience, preferably in gaming, technology, or software
  • Experience with or strong interest in developer relations, advocacy, or technical communities
  • Knowledge of developer communities; programming experience is not required
  • Demonstrated experience managing international events, including regional considerations and budgets
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Comfort working with technical and business stakeholders
  • Creative, practical problem-solving and sound judgment under time pressure
  • Consistent attention to detail, quality, and brand standards
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Experience with event registration and marketing tools such as Splash and Luma
  • Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours across global time zones
  • Successful completion of a background check, potentially covering criminal history, employment, and education
