Descriere

  • Lead creative strategy for multiple paid-social accounts, guiding work from initial insight and hypothesis through execution and iteration.
  • Conduct performance-focused research by analyzing ad-platform data, creative signals, and competitor activity to shape strategy.
  • Create and test conversion-focused concepts informed by consumer insight, platform behavior, and past performance.
  • Establish creative hypotheses, testing frameworks, and structured messaging systems.
  • Write and direct performance copy that is deliberate, clear, and measurable.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers to develop creative for testing, scaling, and learning.
  • Turn quantitative results and qualitative feedback into specific creative decisions and strategic pivots.
  • Coach junior creatives to strengthen their strategic judgment, analytical skills, and execution.
  • Present creative strategies and performance reasoning to clients.
  • Track platform updates, emerging formats, and performance trends that may affect results.

Cerințe

  • Excellent writing skills, preferably demonstrated through concise, digital-first content.
  • A performance-oriented approach with the ability to investigate data, identify patterns, and convert insights into creative action.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer psychology, platform behavior, and the relationship between creative work and outcomes.
  • Ability to develop hypotheses, interpret results, and make timely, evidence-based creative decisions.
  • A sincere interest in mentoring teammates and improving the team’s quality of work.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for developing ideas that capture attention and create an emotional response.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience creating performance-focused content for paid social or other digital channels.
  • Confidence interpreting performance data and applying it to creative direction and iteration.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data- and creativity-driven environments.
  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating creative thinking, copywriting, or performance work is helpful but not required.
  • Experience partnering closely with media buyers or growth teams.
  • Familiarity with systematic testing methods and creative operating systems.
