Descriere

  • Create creative for Caesars Digital, with a primary focus on Nevada sports betting
  • Develop advertising for paid social, digital media, field marketing, on-property, and other customer-facing channels
  • Work with the Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, Account Services, and other stakeholders
  • Design assets in varied formats, including small and space-constrained placements
  • Adapt campaign concepts and visual systems for different sizes, channels, audiences, and placements
  • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, account teams, and other members of The Source
  • Handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven setting
  • Develop and adapt creative while preserving strong typography, composition, and detail
  • Apply brand systems consistently while identifying ways to strengthen the creative work
  • Use emerging technologies and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and speed production
  • Incorporate feedback and adjust to changing priorities and business requirements
  • Deliver accurate, production-ready files with consistent deliverables

Cerințe

  • Graphic design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or similarly fast-paced setting
  • A strong portfolio featuring digital-first design, advertising, and campaign work
  • Solid knowledge of typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
  • Experience creating paid social, digital advertising, and performance-focused digital assets
  • Experience producing multichannel creative and adapting campaign concepts for high-volume execution
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools and openness to emerging technologies
  • Ability to work at speed without compromising creative quality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines
  • A collaborative working style and comfort partnering with creative teams and business stakeholders
  • Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback promptly
  • Willingness to work across multiple Las Vegas office locations
  • Knowledge of sports, sports culture, or sports betting marketing is a plus
