Content Operations Associate - United States Remote

Descriere

  • Collaborate with brands and internal and external partners to execute brand content strategy across the content supply chain
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned brand projects
  • Create, monitor, and maintain timelines for brand content, projects, and backlog
  • Deliver projects on schedule and in line with marketing needs and objectives
  • Use operational systems to improve throughput, velocity, rework, deviations, team capacity, and resource planning
  • Monitor timelines and capacity limitations
  • Maintain accurate measurement, forecasting, data, and progress reporting across content supply chain systems
  • Validate work across content supply chain systems and handoff points
  • Resolve issues proactively before they affect the business
  • Train and develop cross-functional partners on content supply chain systems, workflows, tasks, and outcomes
  • Support deviation management by logging deviations in the quality management system and contributing to investigations and prevention
  • Work with cross-functional peers to evaluate resource capacity and resolve constraints
  • Build working relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal capabilities
  • Report to the Senior Director, Content Operations
  • Travel up to 10%

Cerințe

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of project experience supporting a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals
  • At least 2 years of experience using capacity and project management systems such as Wrike, Workfront, or Jira
  • Authorization to work full-time in the United States; Lilly does not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship
  • Knowledge of Lilly compliance standards and quality requirements, including CIQ, MLRO processes, AI technologies, content standards, and FDA requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of content supply chain tools, tasks, workflows, and interdependencies
  • Strong knowledge of project management systems, data, interdependencies, and workflows
  • Preferred qualifications include project management certification, product launch experience, marketing operations experience, promotional approval systems experience, and familiarity with Workfront, Wrike, Scope Deliver, Jira, Workamajig, Asana, or Trello
