Compliance Advisory Analyst, FCA-Regulated Financial Services

Advise on FCA compliance across Moneybox’s savings, investment and retirement products. Review promotions, customer outcomes, product governance and regulatory risks.

Descriere

  • Give timely, practical second-line compliance advice on business queries, product changes, customer journeys and operational proposals.
  • Review and challenge financial promotions and customer communications across channels against FCA requirements and internal approval standards.
  • Support product governance and change approvals, including fair value and target market assessments, Consumer Duty considerations and governance papers.
  • Assess risks to customer outcomes, including foreseeable harm, customer understanding, support needs and the treatment of vulnerable customers.
  • Provide second-line input on sensitive or complex complaints and Financial Ombudsman Service matters.
  • Document compliance considerations, risk assessments, recommendations and advice.
  • Build relationships with Product, Marketing, Customer Care, Operations and other stakeholders while preserving second-line independence.
  • Scan for regulatory developments and help track resulting actions.
  • Support compliance governance forums by preparing papers, documenting challenges and following up on actions.
  • Spot recurring advisory themes, emerging risks and ways to improve guidance, controls and working practices.
  • Advise across Moneybox’s savings, investment and retirement propositions.
  • Escalate complex or material matters and help build a proportionate, well-documented compliance advisory function.

Cerințe

  • Relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, risk or a related role at a UK FCA-regulated financial services business.
  • Working knowledge of the FCA framework, including Consumer Duty and rules relevant to customer communications, product governance and customer outcomes.
  • Experience assessing regulatory risks, reviewing business proposals or communications, and documenting practical advice or recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • Interest in savings, investments, pensions and digital financial services.
  • Experience with pensions, retirement or investment products is highly desirable.
  • Experience with financial promotions, complaints, product governance or regulatory change is desirable.
  • A relevant professional qualification is welcome but not essential; practical equivalent experience is valued.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to challenge proposals constructively.
  • Able to work independently, escalate material or unfamiliar risks appropriately, balance priorities, keep clear records and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the UK for hybrid or remote work.
  • Moneybox cannot sponsor visas or consider overseas applications.
  • Satisfactory pre-employment checks, including criminal record and adverse credit history checks, are required.
