Community Manager, Creator Partnerships – Recraft (Remote, United States)

Lead Recraft’s creator partnership community for its AI design tools. You’ll manage Discord and social channels, develop creator programs, and support launches and early-access initiatives.

Descriere

  • Own the Creator Partnership program by defining tiers, perks, expectations, and member benefits
  • Onboard partners, moderate the community, respond to questions, and build individual member relationships
  • Organize recurring challenges, critiques, show-and-tells, creator calls, webinars, livestreams, Q&As, and office hours
  • Develop engaged members into ambassadors through recognition, visibility, and a structured progression path
  • Plan creator-led launches with early access, briefs, and assets that drive launch-day work and social posts
  • Manage alpha and early-access cohorts, covering tester onboarding, program rules, quantitative and qualitative feedback, and communication with product and ML teams
  • Grow the community across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, and in-person meetups
  • Document community processes from initial onboarding through launch day
  • Monitor engagement, retention, and launch participation, then deliver a concise weekly report
  • Coordinate onboarding for creators who respond positively to outreach
  • Report to the Head of Content while partnering with creative, product, engineering, ML, support, and design teams

Cerințe

  • Experience building or operating creator, ambassador, or partner programs with defined tiers, perks, rules, and member management
  • End-to-end experience running a creative community, ideally in creative AI, with measurable results and examples to share
  • Track record of maintaining recurring community programming over multiple months
  • Experience developing active members into ambassadors, subject-matter experts, or co-hosts
  • Hands-on use of AI image and video tools, with well-informed perspectives on their capabilities
  • Strong understanding of creative professionals and their priorities, including craft, taste, attribution, and time
  • Ability to manage numerous relationships consistently and attentively
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Confidence hosting livestreams and community calls
  • Active participation on the community’s platforms and the autonomy to respond to emerging needs
  • Experience with alpha, beta, or early-access programs is a plus
  • Outreach experience, particularly automated workflows using CRM tools, Clay, Make, Zapier, or Discord bots, is a plus
  • Experience organizing in-person events or meetups is a plus
  • An established presence on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube is a plus
  • Experience at a design-tools, creative-technology, or AI company is a plus
