Descriere

  • Support the Chief Executive Officer in delivering the hospital marketing plan’s goals and objectives
  • Build and sustain relationships with referral sources across the greater Los Angeles region, including physicians, therapists, hospitals, schools, and social service organizations
  • Organize programs and events that strengthen connections between the hospital and prospective clients
  • Help develop hospital brochures and other marketing materials
  • Produce social media content and increase digital engagement
  • Support a steady referral pipeline for the outpatient program
  • Work with the Business Office to verify patient insurance coverage
  • Handle other related responsibilities as assigned
  • Travel when required

Cerințe

  • Experience as a Community Liaison or a background in sales, business development, account management, project management, or marketing
  • Experience responsible for referral growth across relevant hospital business lines
  • Experience developing relationships with hospitals, schools, and social service organizations
  • Valid California driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the employer’s insurance carrier
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
  • At least two years of healthcare experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho
  • Internet marketing and social media experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in an outpatient IOP/PHP or residential treatment program is preferred
  • Behavioral health experience is preferred
