Descriere

  • Launch new programs and offerings while improving existing digital pharmacy care management products.
  • Gather requirements and document product solutions.
  • Guide product enhancements from initial concept through implementation.
  • Partner with product development and delivery, data services, analytics, product leaders, client program operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Capture program needs in specifications, process maps, and related documentation.
  • Help implement new programs by defining scope, assessing requirements and effort, and mapping dependencies and timelines.
  • Account for HIPAA and other regulatory obligations in written requirements.
  • Set up program configurations and execute them to address client needs.
  • Build and sustain knowledge of RxAnte’s products and supported programs.
  • Write user acceptance tests, coordinate testing, and carry out test cases.
  • Prepare training resources and communications to support change management.
  • Review incoming development and enhancement requests and route them to the relevant product owner.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business administration, mathematics, healthcare administration, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least five years of professional experience, including experience in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with careful attention to detail.
  • Able to bring structure to ambiguous situations and clarify next steps independently.
  • Communicates complex technical topics clearly and turns them into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Can plan and advance cross-functional projects while balancing scope, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Works effectively across an organization to deliver on strategic goals.
  • Understands product software delivery lifecycles.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Excel.
  • Can frame business problems or research questions and analyze and interpret data.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Preferred: experience in technology-enabled healthcare, digital health, or health plan, provider, or pharmacy operations.
  • Preferred: experience with business intelligence tools and dashboards such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth, venture-backed, or startup setting.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery approaches.
