Billing Specialist - DSV, Kempton Park (Onsite)
Manage accurate, timely client billing and protect revenue for DSV, a global transport and logistics company. Support forecasting, rate validation, working capital improvements, and audit requests.
Descriere
- Deliver complete, accurate, and timely billing
- Prepare client invoices in line with agreed customer contracts
- Help resolve client billing questions
- Coordinate client stationery orders and maintain the compulsory stops schedule
- Support the Manager with revenue forecast and actual reporting files
- Prevent revenue leakage through effective revenue protection
- Improve net working capital by ensuring invoices are issued promptly
- Review and validate customer rates on a regular basis
- Provide auditors with requested revenue-related information
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Cerințe
- Matric certificate is essential
- At least three years of relevant revenue or accounting experience
- Process-focused with strong attention to detail
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid, unendorsed driver's licence
- Strong time-management abilities
- Willing to work extended overtime hours when required
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
- Medium to advanced Excel proficiency is essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
