Descriere

  • Source and engage dealership partners to expand the automotive finance network and strengthen territory growth
  • Support dealer partners with consultative service during on-site visits
  • Develop dealer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term performance
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and inform strategy
  • Increase brand awareness through focused outreach, clear communication, and consistent market representation
  • Visit dealerships each day throughout the assigned territory
  • Manage and grow the assigned territory

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in automotive lending, finance, or a related sector
  • At least two years of tenure in your most recent position
  • Practical experience with auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valued
  • Availability to work six days per week and visit dealership partners in person each day across the territory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical approach with the ability to spot market opportunities and adjust strategies
  • Proactive problem-solving skills suited to a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full-coverage auto insurance
  • Customer-oriented, well organized, and committed to high-quality work
  • Located within or near the assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline preferred
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a plus
  • Visa sponsorship is not available
