Own the digital merchandising strategy for Anthropologie’s home decor and furniture e-commerce business. Lead site optimization, product launches, campaign coordination, analytics, inventory alignment, and e-commerce technology initiatives.
Descriere
- Develop the overall digital merchandising strategy
- Manage an Assistant Merchandiser responsible for daily execution
- Optimize category and product detail pages through sorting, layouts, recommendations, and complete-the-look features
- Maintain site taxonomy, filters, and trend shops to improve navigation
- Improve onsite search and SEO performance
- Coordinate landing pages, gateways, and promotional banners
- Partner with marketing teams to align inventory with promotions across email, homepage, and social channels
- Oversee daily product activations and campaign launches
- Monitor inventory health for featured marketing products
- Create website testing initiatives with cross-functional partners
- Evaluate performance through recurring reports
- Lead special projects, including new e-commerce technology integrations
Cerințe
- At least three years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to interpret data and use it to guide merchandising decisions
- Achievement-oriented approach with demonstrated leadership potential
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Sound judgment, urgency, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Google applications
- Proactive working style and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across organizational teams in support of the digital channel
- High accuracy and effective prioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Interest in and knowledge of home interiors and current trends
- General familiarity with the Anthropologie brand
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, or a related discipline
- Willingness to complete minimal travel
