Descriere

  • Assess staffing authorizations, station conditions, future schedules, and workforce levels to identify operational needs and risks.
  • Work with station leaders to set staffing minimums that meet company standards and local requirements.
  • Track and communicate near-term overtime needs and AUTO opportunities.
  • Put staffing plans into action through temporary upgrades, shift changes, and staff reassignment between work areas.
  • Build bids with efficient shifts, balanced daily coverage, and adequate relief lines for outages and schedule changes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and apply changes consistently across locations.
  • Help train teams on new processes, including the eTA vacation app, holiday reduction sign-ups, the OT hiring timeline, and AO Dashboard.
  • Support the Central Business Office, with a primary focus on domestic line stations.
  • Help field leaders improve station performance and efficiency, and meet near- and long-term scheduling needs.
  • Keep stations on track with budget and efficiency targets.

Cerințe

  • Associate degree or at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • At least two years of airport operations experience.
  • At least one year of airport operations staffing or scheduling experience.
  • Proficiency with eTA management and administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with the IAM contract.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Successful interview completion is required to meet the job qualification.
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Shift bid creation experience preferred.
  • Line station operations knowledge preferred.
  • General resource planning knowledge preferred.
  • Budget analysis and overtime management skills preferred.
  • Understanding of generative AI capabilities and limitations, including responsible use, data privacy, and security.
