Art Director and Copywriter Team — Paris Hybrid

We Are Social is seeking an Art Director and Copywriter duo in Paris to create social campaigns, editorial strategies, content, and brand activations. The team will deliver platform-native work across major social networks.

Descriere

  • Co-create campaigns, social strategies, and activations for existing agency clients and new business pitches
  • Partner closely to deliver high-quality work aligned with each client’s editorial and brand guidelines
  • Design, script, and produce social media content as Art Director
  • Create daily content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, using native editing tools including CapCut, TikTok, and Reels
  • Track emerging trends and recommend weekly reactive content as Art Director
  • Take part in selected face-to-camera content and production shoots
  • Support one or more Junior Art Director Assistants with graphic design and share relevant trends with the team
  • Build clients’ editorial guidelines covering storytelling, tone of voice, lexicon, and post formats, then oversee implementation as Copywriter
  • Write polished social media content and maintain editorial calendars as Copywriter
  • Contribute actively to clients’ global digital and social media strategies as Copywriter
  • Keep up daily with evolving practices across the profession and sector as Copywriter

Cerințe

  • Each team member should bring 2–4 years of successful experience in a digital or advertising agency, excluding internships and work-study placements
  • Bring curiosity and creative thinking
  • Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English
  • Art Director: hold a degree from an applied arts or graphic design school
  • Art Director: demonstrate strong knowledge of social media technology and innovation
  • Art Director: manage multiple projects rigorously with exceptional attention to detail
  • Art Director: feel comfortable delivering high-visibility work ranging from conventional to highly unconventional
  • Copywriter: have education equivalent to three to five years of higher education
  • Copywriter: possess excellent writing ability and meticulous attention to detail
  • Copywriter: show a strong interest in the web
  • Copywriter: be dynamic, organized, and confident contributing verbally in a collaborative team setting
