AR/AP Accountant – Madrid Hybrid
Manage accounts receivable and payable, energy transaction invoicing, and SAP reconciliations for Axpo in Madrid. This full-time hybrid role supports accurate financial operations within an international accounting team.
Descriere
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable activities for Axpo Solutions AG and its branches
- Deliver accurate, timely invoicing for energy-related transactions
- Reconcile invoices and accounting records across VALTAA and SAP
- Process supplier invoices and assist with payment runs
- Keep debtor master data accurate and up to date
- Help manage effective dunning activities
- Handle additional accounting responsibilities as needed
- Apply internal controls and regulatory requirements consistently
- Work collaboratively with an international accounting team supporting Axpo’s energy business
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with accounting and financial operations
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with Hyperion HFM, Tagetik, or other Microsoft Office applications is preferred
- Clear communication, problem-solving ability, and strong self-management
- Fluent English proficiency
- German proficiency at B2 level or above
