AI Implementation Developer (FDE)
Build language models, AI agents, and automations for mid-sized companies. Integrate intelligent applications into customer workflows and business systems.
Descriere
- Analyze customer business processes and turn requirements into practical AI architectures
- Build AI agents, LLM integrations, automations, and intelligent applications
- Connect language models and AI capabilities through APIs to ERP, CRM, and other business systems
- Visit customers on site for selected projects and implement AI solutions with their specialist teams
- Take AI models and applications from prototype to production, including testing, documentation, and optimization
- Coordinate with consulting and project management teams
- Create reusable AI components from lessons learned across projects
Cerințe
- Hands-on experience in AI development and software engineering, such as with Python or TypeScript
- Experience working with APIs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and language model integrations
- A track record of delivering projects using language models, AI agents, or intelligent process automation
- Ability to learn new business processes quickly and design practical AI solutions
- Clear communication of complex AI concepts and confidence working directly with customers
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
- Willingness to travel for project needs
- Very good German proficiency
- Good English proficiency for technical documentation
- A university degree, vocational training, or an alternative career path is welcome; demonstrable AI projects and problem-solving ability are valued most
