Descriere

  • Work with business stakeholders to discover, prioritize, and define high-value AI opportunities
  • Evaluate whether AI capabilities should be developed internally or sourced from vendors
  • Own AI product delivery from initial problem framing through prototyping, piloting, and production transition
  • Develop AI solutions spanning data pipelines, retrieval systems, and reasoning workflows
  • Connect third-party AI platforms with internally developed AI capabilities
  • Add measurement for adoption, quality, business impact, ROI, costs, and risk
  • Work alongside technology teams to deliver secure, compliant, auditable, and maintainable solutions
  • Perform fast, iterative evaluation of AI solutions
  • Create reusable components, implementation patterns, and tools that support broader adoption

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, AI/ML, software engineering, quantitative finance, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of software engineering experience
  • Experience in financial services and a strong understanding of financial markets
  • At least two years of experience putting ML or AI solutions into production
  • Demonstrated ability to take LLM applications from prototype through deployment and monitoring
  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Ability to design and develop maintainable, high-quality software for enterprise environments
  • Practical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Practical experience with version control systems
  • Practical knowledge of contemporary DevOps practices
  • Ability to turn unclear business requirements into defined scopes, delivery roadmaps, and measurable success criteria
  • Experience handling confidential data and collaborating with governance, risk, and security teams is desirable
  • AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate certification or equivalent is desirable
