AI Creative Strategist — Remote

Descriere

  • Build AI avatars by defining their audiences, representations, and creative directions
  • Produce 10–20 daily ideas, hooks, and angles for 7–30-second short-form reels
  • Write and direct scripts for 30–60-second organic Reels
  • Lead creative testing across 5–10 or more Instagram and Facebook accounts
  • Adapt hooks, framing, and scripts for distinct demographic groups
  • Develop practical, trust-building content that supports affiliate offer conversions
  • Evaluate account performance by avatar, hook, format, and topic
  • Retire underperforming avatars and expand concepts that demonstrate traction
  • Turn successful creative patterns into repeatable production systems
  • Support the growth of the creative team, including strategists, editors, and publishing staff
  • Contribute to course content for the education division
  • Lead a weekly group coaching session for students
  • Give practical feedback to engineering on internal AI creative tools
  • Create a scalable avatar-to-performance-analysis workflow during the first 90 days
  • Surface department requirements, operational bottlenecks, and future hiring needs

Cerințe

  • Hands-on direct-response Meta advertising experience, preferably with supplements, health and wellness, or another performance-focused ecommerce category
  • Experience producing paid creative at substantial volume, ideally hundreds or thousands of assets monthly
  • Proven strength in direct-response copywriting
  • Ability to generate compelling hooks, angles, and creative concepts
  • Experience tailoring messaging for materially different demographic audiences
  • Skill in interpreting performance data and turning insights into new creative directions
  • Comfort with rapid experimentation, quickly removing losing concepts, and scaling successful ones
  • Advanced working knowledge of AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Google Flow Omni, Openart, and CapCut
  • Ability to work independently without highly detailed standard operating procedures
  • Experience with an information product, course, or coaching offer—especially in the make-money-online or online-business space—is preferred but not required
