- Prepare projected budgets for client-managed properties
- Track budget performance and revise forecasts when necessary
- Review expense and income entries for accuracy
- Complete bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements
- Transfer information from legacy systems or manual records into the new accounting platform
- Address accounting questions from real-estate companies
- Teach clients to use the accounting software
- Apply the chart of accounts and financial statement presentation requirements
Cerințe
- Strong command of accounting fundamentals, including the chart of accounts, taxation, and bank reconciliations
- Detail-oriented, proactive, self-directed, and analytical working style
- Real-estate accounting experience or industry knowledge is a significant advantage
- Willingness to learn and contribute within an enthusiastic team
- Role based in Tunis
