Technical Partner, Natural Resources | ERM | United States Hybrid

Lead ERM’s Natural Resources practice across North America, advising infrastructure, energy, renewable energy, and technology clients. Drive environmental permitting, ecological mitigation, business development, client partnerships, and multidisciplinary team growth.

  • Expand ERM’s Natural Resources practice by serving power, renewable energy, diversified energy, and technology clients across North America.
  • Provide technical direction on biological resources, ecological mitigation, habitat conservation, ecological restoration, and environmental permitting.
  • Advise clients developing and operating major infrastructure projects.
  • Strengthen long-term client partnerships, pursue new business, and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Lead business development and client engagement across the Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
  • Guide clients through planning, permitting, construction, and operational stages.
  • Grow strategic client relationships and identify opportunities for expanded services.
  • Coach and develop technical professionals and project managers.
  • Partner with ERM service-line leaders to advance regional and national growth initiatives.
  • Deliver projects to high standards while achieving financial, safety, and quality objectives.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mitigation and ecological restoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
  • Thorough knowledge of North American conventional and renewable energy markets.
  • Strong business development history, including generating and delivering multimillion-dollar programs.
  • Advanced expertise in habitat conservation plans and regional permitting.
  • Experience establishing mitigation banks and preparing vegetation management plans is preferred.
  • Existing relationships with Power, Diversified Energy, and/or Technology clients that can support growth are preferred.
  • Familiarity with utility commissions, regulatory agencies, and developing sustainability trends is preferred.
