Apraksts

  • Lead event-driven research from initial assessment through ongoing analysis, updating views as facts and narratives change.
  • Track new information, distinguish meaningful signals from noise, and explain implications for decisions and probability scenarios.
  • Find actionable opportunities with asymmetric potential through detailed analysis of each situation.
  • Partner with engineering to develop research tools and workflows for event-driven trading.
  • Work with on-chain and real-time intelligence teams, using proprietary data and tools to test research ideas.

Prasības

  • At least five years of information- and flows-driven research or trading experience at a top-tier buy-side firm or proprietary trading operation.
  • Experience working in event-driven environments where information is incomplete, incentives matter, and situations continue to evolve.
  • Able to assess a broad range of event-driven situations and build conviction quickly across different topics.
  • Strong intellectual interest in crypto and the ability to get up to speed quickly; extensive crypto experience is not required.
  • Able to investigate details while retaining a broad view of a situation and its implications.
  • Able to develop clear views and adjust them as circumstances change.
  • Comfortable with rigorous debate and constructive challenge across research, trading, and engineering teams.
