Senior Client Relationship Leader, Accounting Services
Lead business development and client engagement for CLA’s accounting services in Northeast Ohio. The role combines relationship growth, engagement management, and community networking.
Apraksts
- Grow existing client relationships and develop new connections in the community.
- Partner with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to advance business and service offerings.
- Identify opportunities, solve problems, and secure new business, especially with strategic accounts.
- Put sales strategies into action for prospective new accounts.
- Create presentations for clients.
- Represent CLA at local and regional networking events.
- Manage ongoing engagements to meet client needs.
- Track business development goals and sales activity in the CRM.
Prasības
- At least 10 years of professional experience, including experience as a Big Four Audit Manager or in public accounting and industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred, but not required.
- Service-oriented approach to client delivery.
- Experience building client relationships.
- Motivation to contribute to business development.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to earn the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members.
