  • Lead commercial performance for the Pet Food category, covering strategy, product ranges, pricing, promotions and supplier terms.
  • Develop category plans based on customer insight, market trends and commercial analysis.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate costs, trade terms, funding and long-term partnerships.
  • Track trading performance and take action to improve availability, margin and customer experience.
  • Set pricing structures and promotional plans.
  • Work with digital, supply chain, marketing and finance teams.

Prasības

  • Experience in category management, buying or commercial trading, ideally in pet food, grocery, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or multi-SKU retail.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to secure, manage and deliver vendor income.
  • Confidence managing a P&L.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders clearly and credibly.
  • Experience developing and refining product ranges.
  • Understanding of good, better and best range structures and pricing logic.
  • Experience working across functions.
  • Sound commercial judgment and ability to lead coordinated plans.
