Responsible Sourcing Initiative Technical Support Consultant

Advise CleanHub on aligning its plastic waste programme safeguards with the RSI Harmonized Framework. Lead regional training, technical support and partner sessions across India, Indonesia and Tanzania.

Apraksts

  • Assess CleanHub’s social standards and project safeguards against the RSI Harmonized Framework.
  • Identify gaps, differences and priority areas for engagement.
  • Create a training and capacity-building plan using iWrc videos, Training of Trainers and in-person workshops.
  • Train CleanHub teams using the Training of Trainers model.
  • Help implement the Harmonized Framework and Responsible Sourcing tools.
  • Provide up to 10 hours of individual consultation on rollout and troubleshooting.
  • Supply additional RSI training resources, including iWrc videos.
  • Serve as an issue expert at two partner convenings: one during the Engage, Assess and Remediate phase, and one on Implementation Requirements.

Prasības

  • Recognized leadership in developing, governing or setting the direction of the Responsible Sourcing Initiative Harmonized Framework.
  • Direct work experience in India, Indonesia and/or Tanzania, including field relationships and regional knowledge.
  • Experience evaluating corporate or programme social standards and safeguards against a recognized sourcing or supply chain framework, and addressing identified gaps.
  • Experience designing and delivering Training of Trainers programmes for field teams using virtual, in-person and self-paced methods.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong cultural fluency across multiple regions.
  • Preferred: relationships with government or civil society counterparts in the target regions.
  • Preferred: experience with informal waste worker livelihoods, financial inclusion or plastics value chains.
  • Preferred: experience facilitating in-person workshops for audiences spanning multiple countries and organizations.
  • CV outlining relevant qualifications.
  • Organizational profile and description of its role in the Responsible Sourcing Initiative.
  • Proposal detailing activities for each work package.
  • Evidence of previous work in the target regions.
  • Financial proposal covering the full project period.
  • Two professional references.
