Apraksts

  • Create social posts, graphics, written content, and videos for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Monitor reviews, messages, and comments on Advocate’s branded social media accounts.
  • Design social graphics and infographics for Pinterest, Instagram, and Advocate’s healthenews site.
  • Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, talking points, fact sheets, announcements, and other communications.
  • Develop stories about organizational initiatives, employees, community impact, innovation, and other news.
  • Tailor messages to external audiences and communication channels.
  • Contribute to external communications and writing for Advocate Aurora’s healthenews website.
  • Interview and engage with physicians and clinicians.
  • Help develop social media concepts and initiatives.
  • Research healthcare, industry, community, and competitor communications trends.
  • Support communications plans for announcements, campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives.
  • Find ways to increase external visibility and strengthen the organization’s reputation.
  • Write and adapt concise, audience-focused copy for newsletters, video, and web.
  • Align copy tone and style with visual direction and brand guidelines.
  • Proofread your work and copy produced by other writers.
  • Build exposure to creative marketing, digital asset creation, art direction, video production, portfolio development, copywriting, storyboarding, and photo shoot talent sourcing.
  • Help with administrative tasks, reporting, meetings, retreats, and staff support.
  • Use all equipment needed to perform the role.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Prasības

  • Be enrolled at an accredited college or university as an incoming junior or senior.
  • Be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications, public affairs, marketing, brand, digital content, or a related field.
  • Have current junior or senior standing at a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Have an undergraduate degree in progress.
  • Have a GPA of at least 2.5.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Show strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to complete tasks successfully.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Have strong computer skills, including Excel proficiency.
  • Demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm.
