Create and publish short-form content for Midnite, a sports betting and gaming platform. Edit social clips, manage publishing, and improve performance across major platforms.

Apraksts

  • Find standout short-form moments in existing and newly produced long-form content.
  • Write and test hooks, opening frames, and captions.
  • Edit, caption, and format content for publishing using CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent tools.
  • Adapt edits and presentation for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X.
  • Brief editors on larger projects with timecodes, hooks, framing, and references.
  • Manage publishing schedules across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X in line with the football calendar.
  • Track performance and spot formats that are gaining or losing traction.
  • Refine content quickly in response to performance.
  • Route successful organic content into the paid creative pipeline.
  • Create new formats that fit the Midnite brand.
  • Follow ASA guidelines and responsible messaging requirements.

Prasības

  • Bring 1–3 years of experience creating and publishing short-form content.
  • Have experience working across multiple brands; sport, betting, or entertainment experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate strong practical editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or an equivalent tool.
  • Know TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X in depth, including their specifications and audience behaviours.
  • Understand football narratives and internet culture.
  • Be able to turn raw footage into a published clip in under an hour when needed.
  • Write sharp hooks and captions, and explain editorial decisions clearly.
  • Stay organised while handling high volumes and use scheduling and analytics tools with confidence.
  • Work quickly while upholding brand standards, ASA guidelines, and responsible messaging requirements.
  • Have full right to work in the UK.
  • Not require sponsorship to work in the UK.
