Apraksts

  • Design process models and implement linear controllers, including PID, for industrial processes.
  • Compensate for actuator nonlinearities in equipment such as valves and variable-speed drives.
  • Manage process asymmetries.
  • Apply dead-time compensation.
  • Calculate system stability and develop linearization functions.
  • Analyze process data to assess project gains.
  • Prepare control-system performance and monitoring reports.

Prasības

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in another engineering field, with a specialization in Automation and Control and/or Industrial Process Optimization.
  • Have at least two years of experience applying industrial process control.
  • Have intermediate English proficiency.
  • Understand process control and optimization, including the design, implementation, and commissioning of control systems.
  • Know how to analyze process data for modeling and gain assessment.
  • Understand KPIs and control-loop performance evaluation.
  • Intermediate Spanish is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of PID and APC controllers, with familiarity with advanced methods such as MPC and Fuzzy Control, is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in industry is an advantage.
  • Be willing and available to travel.
  • Communicate technical and strategic information effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and speech.
  • Be well organized and able to plan activities.
  • Show attention to detail and critical-thinking ability.
