Apraksts

  • Create and enhance generative AI and agent-based applications
  • Develop RAG solutions and enterprise knowledge-retrieval components
  • Build AI agents that connect with tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Apply orchestration approaches including multi-step workflows, tool use, and human-in-the-loop processes
  • Connect applications to LLM providers and cloud-based AI services
  • Create maintainable, testable components grounded in sound software engineering practices
  • Build and maintain evaluation, observability, guardrail, and monitoring capabilities
  • Develop automated tests and support CI/CD pipelines
  • Diagnose and enhance production AI applications with guidance from senior team members
  • Partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders
  • Work with senior engineers, architects, and product teams to take AI solutions from experimentation through production

Prasības

  • Strong Python programming ability and a solid foundation in software engineering
  • Understanding of software design principles such as modularity, separation of concerns, testability, maintainability, and clean interfaces
  • Familiarity with architectural patterns for APIs, services, asynchronous processing, and distributed applications
  • Practical experience developing generative AI and LLM-powered applications
  • Ability to create RAG solutions and/or agentic workflows
  • Familiarity with tool use, function calling, and workflow orchestration approaches
  • Proficiency in at least one AI framework or SDK, such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, Strands, or a comparable tool
  • Practical experience with a major LLM provider, such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or a comparable service
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and knowledge-retrieval concepts
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation, observability, guardrails, and production monitoring
  • Ability to connect AI applications with APIs, databases, and cloud services
  • Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and version control
  • English proficiency for daily collaboration across international teams
  • Exposure to multi-agent systems or long-running agent workflows
  • Knowledge of Agentic SDLC or integrations with developer tooling
  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs or GraphRAG
  • Hands-on experience with Datadog LLM Observability, LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, or similar platforms
