Apraksts

  • Partner with teams to map workflows, decisions, data, systems, and measures of success
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into technical designs and production-ready solutions
  • Redesign complete business processes for an AI-native operating environment
  • Design and develop AI applications, agents, and workflows connected to enterprise systems and data
  • Build production software spanning APIs, integrations, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology
  • Release solutions to production, validate them with real users and data, measure results, and improve them continuously
  • Collaborate directly with engineers, operational stakeholders, and senior executives
  • Lead initiatives from unclear business needs through architecture, implementation, production adoption, and measurable business results

Prasības

  • At least four years of professional software engineering experience, or comparable evidence of exceptional technical capability
  • Strong programming skills and solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design
  • Proficiency in at least one modern language such as Python, Java, C++, C#, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript
  • Deep experience with software architecture, backend engineering, and production systems, including APIs, integrations, databases, data flows, and distributed systems
  • Practical experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure infrastructure
  • Experience implementing CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and production monitoring
  • A track record of building, troubleshooting, deploying, and operating production software beyond prototype development
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and applied AI systems, including production evaluation, reliability, and observability
  • Capacity to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies and business areas
  • Sound judgment when information is incomplete and the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong product sense and business judgment
  • Ability to shift effectively between senior executive discussions, system architecture, and hands-on coding
