  • Lead and develop engineers across the United States and Europe.
  • Own the team roadmap and deliver components affecting Windows, macOS, and Linux from design through release.
  • Drive cross-platform designs across file system, process, memory, and networking subsystems.

  • Lead a team focused on Windows user-mode security architecture.
  • Help architect solutions and implement core features across operating system subsystems.
  • Deliver projects efficiently while maximizing performance and controlling costs.

Prasības

  • Experience managing a distributed engineering team through delivery of major features and releases.
  • A record of shipping systems software at scale, such as agents, kernels, drivers, or operating system components.
  • Practical systems programming experience and strong knowledge of operating system internals; Windows expertise is preferred, while deep macOS or Linux experience is also relevant.
  • Ability to review code and assess memory management, concurrency, and performance.
  • Experience with C or C++; Rust or another low-level language is an advantage.
  • Experience building alignment across teams and organizations.
  • Demonstrated use of AI technologies to support decisions, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.
  • Cross-platform architecture experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with security products such as EDR, antivirus, DLP, or telemetry is an advantage.
  • Kernel development or low-level troubleshooting and performance tuning is an advantage.
  • For employment based in Canada, legal authorization to work in Canada is required.
  • Successful completion of applicable background checks is required.
