Apraksts

  • Develop floodlighting concepts with customers and partners
  • Coordinate project operations
  • Prepare cost estimates and quotations, and manage project budgets
  • Track project schedules and ensure timely delivery
  • Document projects and lead post-project reviews
  • Support customers and partners alongside field sales, from first inquiry to project completion
  • Lead teams through to project completion

Prasības

  • Prior project management or project leadership experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and personal accountability
  • Work well in a team and interact confidently with customers and partners
  • Communicate effectively and engage and motivate others; leadership experience is preferred
  • Bring excellent organizational skills, a structured working style, and a strong service mindset
  • Have knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Hold a Category B driver's license
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Be proficient in spoken and written German
  • Be willing to develop professionally and keep learning
