Apraksts

  • Formulate hypotheses to explain business conditions, including factors behind growth or stagnation
  • Analyze data to answer important business questions
  • Create and maintain Sigma dashboards and reports
  • Coordinate analytics, metrics, data, and reporting support across Growth & Channel Distribution, Product & Engineering, Insurance, Finance & Accounting, and the Executive team
  • Work with Data Engineers, Insurance Product Analysts, and Operations Analysts
  • Contribute to financial budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Complete data quality reviews and reconciliations
  • Guide stakeholders on reporting, metrics, and data-related questions
  • Promote data literacy and informed, data-driven decisions
  • Take part in interviews, a project exercise, deliverable review, and team meetings

Prasības

  • Background in data or business analytics, with strong SQL proficiency
  • Knowledge of and interest in insurance
  • Capacity to lead initiatives from start to finish while managing competing priorities
  • Ability to investigate detailed data while translating findings into the broader context for stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset and motivation to make an impact at a fast-growing company
  • Preferred: experience in insurance, financial services, or a comparable field
  • Preferred: experience with an additional analytics tool such as Python or R
  • Preferred: experience using AI tools such as Claude, GitHub, and dbt
  • Preferred: experience in strategy, operations and analytics, go-to-market analytics, financial forecasting, consulting, or a related area
