Apraksts

  • Collaborate with the Brand team on original concepts that strengthen Disturbia’s identity and customer perception.
  • Lead strategic design projects spanning campaign identities, loyalty concepts, PR mailers, packaging and branded customer touchpoints.
  • Create distinctive social-first graphics and culturally relevant work that builds recognition and audience connection.
  • Turn brand strategy and creative direction into clear visual systems, design routes and polished final executions.
  • Manage projects from research and concept development through stakeholder approval, artwork, production and ordering.
  • Design assets for physical activations, including event graphics, signage, vinyls and campaign materials.
  • Bring cultural, fashion and design references into creative discussions while exploring new formats and maintaining consistency.
  • Support selected Print team projects with graphic development, illustration or visual concepting when needed.

Prasības

  • Bring at least three years of experience in graphic design, brand design or a creative role, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or culture.
  • Provide a strong portfolio covering concept development, brand identity, campaigns, packaging and social creative—not only finished assets.
  • Demonstrate excellent typography, layout, composition and visual identity skills, with close attention to distinctive brand details.
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite confidently, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Turn strategic objectives or open briefs into original concepts and coherent visual solutions.
  • Show a strong understanding of contemporary culture, social behaviour and meaningful audience connection.
  • Present creative thinking confidently, challenge ideas constructively and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects in an organised, detail-focused way from concept through production-ready artwork.
  • Have hand-illustration skills, including freehand drawing or Wacom-based artwork.
  • Bring motion design or video-editing capability.
  • Have experience designing for ecommerce and digital platforms.
  • Understand packaging production, print finishes and supplier processes.
  • Have experience with Miro, Wrike or SharePoint.
