Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager – Nicaragua (Remote)

Apraksts

  • Manage personal injury cases and related activities from intake through ongoing treatment
  • Collect, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation
  • Initiate and administer insurance claims
  • Arrange medical treatment and appointments for personal injury clients
  • Establish and manage medical liens with healthcare providers
  • Follow up with providers on treatment, records, bills, and required documentation
  • Manage and coordinate property damage claims
  • Update clients on treatment, appointments, claims, and case developments
  • Communicate as needed with insurers, medical providers, and other involved parties
  • Keep case files and records accurate and current
  • Monitor case progress, open items, and necessary follow-ups
  • Complete timely follow-up on treatment, records, liens, and property damage issues
  • Work independently while taking responsibility for assigned cases and tasks
  • Coordinate client treatment and follow up with providers and clients
  • Maintain medical liens and associated documentation
  • Manage property damage and insurance claim matters while monitoring case progress

Prasības

  • At least two years of experience specifically as a Personal Injury Case Manager
  • At least two years supporting a California-based personal injury law firm in a comparable Case Manager role
  • Solid knowledge of personal injury case management procedures
  • Practical experience retrieving medical records, initiating insurance claims, coordinating treatment, managing medical liens, and handling property damage claims
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Excellent organization and close attention to detail
  • Capacity to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and follow-ups concurrently
  • Comfort communicating directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred; candidates with strong English-only skills will also be considered
  • Filevine experience preferred
  • Prior management of California personal injury cases preferred
  • Experience coordinating treatment and providers for personal injury clients preferred
  • Knowledge of medical lien procedures and property damage claims preferred
  • Remote experience with a U.S.-based law firm preferred

  • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
