Aprašymas

  • Manage a pod of four to six engineers.
  • Deliver the Engagement roadmap across the app, wearables, notifications, and clinic screens.
  • Define technical direction for Neko Health’s native app platform, wearable and phone health data, and notification systems.
  • Own product quality across crash-free performance, app responsiveness, release cadence, app store standards, and clinic screens.
  • Hire, coach, give direct feedback, and raise the pod’s effectiveness each quarter.
  • Embed AI tools into engineers’ daily workflows.
  • Track code and performance metrics and communicate the team’s current state clearly.
  • Create engagement experiences across iOS, Android, web, wearables, notifications, scan screens, and doctor debrief screens.

Reikalavimai

  • Extensive experience building consumer products across the stack, including native mobile applications at scale.
  • Practical experience with React Native, Swift or Kotlin as needed, and web development.
  • Experience owning and improving retention or engagement metrics for a consumer product.
  • Experience managing app store releases and improving crash-free performance.
  • Experience leading engineers as a tech lead or in an equivalent role while raising team standards and technical judgment.
  • Daily experience using AI coding tools, supported by demonstrable shipped work.
  • Health, fitness, or behavioral product experience is preferred, particularly where engagement had a measurable impact.
  • Experience with on-device health data, HealthKit, Health Connect, wearables, or large-scale notifications is preferred.
  • A strong eye for motion, animation, and application details is preferred.
  • Frontend experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin as needed.
  • Experience with C#, Node, Cosmos DB, Figma, Azure DevOps, and Claude Code is relevant.
