Senior EAM Solutions Architect (IBM Maximo) - Kentucky Remote

Lead IBM Maximo enterprise asset management architecture, integrations, security, and hosting for U.S. Army facility maintenance operations. Support Army-approved hosting, ATO documentation, and system deployments at Fort Campbell.

Aprašymas

  • Act as the technical authority for an IBM Maximo enterprise asset management platform used in facility maintenance operations
  • Establish the target architecture, application design, asset and location data models, integration patterns, and hosting strategy
  • Create and maintain target architecture, data model, and interface control documentation
  • Configure Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile for QR-code work requests, priority-based dispatch, mobile execution, inventory custody, and financial reconciliation
  • Develop an Army-approved hosting and connectivity design with the System Engineer and Cybersecurity/RMF Lead
  • Specify data export formats and ownership boundaries while supporting portability and reducing vendor lock-in
  • Review configuration and integration updates and keep the configuration register current
  • Support ATO evidence with architecture, data-flow, and boundary diagrams
  • Establish secure configuration baselines and least-privilege access controls
  • Explain architecture decisions, risks, and planned changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the Government customer
  • Provide technical guidance to the Maximo Functional Lead and Integration/API Engineer
  • Conduct site surveys and pilots and support system go-live activities at Fort Campbell

Reikalavimai

  • At least 10 years of enterprise asset management experience
  • At least 5 years of IBM Maximo architecture experience; MAS 8 or 9 experience is preferred
  • Successful end-to-end delivery of at least two production Maximo implementations
  • Experience modeling data for facilities and real-property asset hierarchies
  • Experience designing integrations with ERP and financial systems, such as SAP-based platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Azure Government or DoD IL4/IL5 hosting pattern experience is preferred
  • Experience with Army work-request and financial systems is preferred
  • TOGAF certification is preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense installations, contracts, or programs is advantageous
  • IBM Maximo/MAS certification is preferred
  • CompTIA Security+ certification is required when privileged system access is granted
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain installation access
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to walk through buildings and mechanical spaces during occasional on-site visits

Privalumai

  • Periodic travel to Fort Campbell, Kentucky, for site surveys, pilots, and go-live support
  • Full-time and part-time positions are available
  • Typical schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours
