Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment Litigation - Los Angeles Hybrid
Lead labor and employment litigation matters for Clyde & Co clients, from investigations and discovery through depositions, hearings, mediation, and trial. Advise on complex, high-exposure employment disputes.

- Oversee a caseload of 10–20 matters
- Investigate claims and develop case-handling strategies
- Evaluate state and federal court complaints and determine appropriate responses
- Draft discovery and prepare responses
- Review and analyze documents for production
- Perform legal research using Westlaw
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare and file pleadings and motions
- Attend hearings and present motion arguments
- Draft pretrial and trial materials
- Prepare matters for mediation and trial, and participate in both
- Provide clear and effective client reporting
Reikalavimai
- Prior experience in labor and employment litigation is required
- Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school
- Admission to the California bar
- Broad, substantial experience across all stages of litigation
- Outstanding legal writing and communication abilities
- Effective courtroom and oral advocacy skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to identify issues and resolve problems promptly
