- Set strategy, design solutions, and implement global ERP applications for Plan-to-Manufacture processes.

- Strong command of production planning, manufacturing orders, materials requirements planning, materials management, inventory movements, and manufacturing master data.
- Experience designing and delivering ERP connections to manufacturing, quality, warehouse, planning, product lifecycle, data, or finance platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Experience leading global template adoption, site rollouts, localization, data migration, and organizational change.
- Experience with discrete manufacturing and configure-to-order, engineer-to-order, make-to-stock, or make-to-order models.
- Experience leading large initiatives across business and technology teams, systems integrators, and software vendors.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, settle complex design questions, and explain technical topics in clear business language.
- Experience in regulated settings requiring controls, traceability, data integrity, validation, and audit readiness.
