Remote Risk Management Specialist — Australia
Implement a risk management system for regulated Australian organisations, translating governance needs into configuration, testing, reporting and adoption. Work across the implementation lifecycle with stakeholders on risk data, controls and executive reporting.
Aprašymas
- Review existing risk frameworks, policies, procedures and reporting needs.
- Help implement and configure a risk information system for enterprise, strategic, operational, project and compliance risk.
- Validate risk taxonomies, categories, impact and likelihood matrices, treatment plans and control libraries.
- Convert risk and governance needs into detailed system configuration specifications.
- Advise on solution design, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Develop and run user acceptance test scenarios and cases.
- Assist with risk data cleansing, migration and validation.
- Maintain risk documentation, policies and procedures to support system uptake and compliance.
- Help create dashboards, risk reports and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation.
Reikalavimai
- Bring at least five years of enterprise risk management experience in the Australian public sector or a similarly regulated setting.
- Have supported implementation, enhancement or optimisation of a risk information system, GRC platform or comparable governance solution.
- Understand the Commonwealth Risk Management Policy, PGPA Act, and APS governance and assurance frameworks.
- Have experience with risk reporting, accountability requirements and governance processes.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including preparing documentation, reports, briefing papers and training materials.
- Apply strong analytical skills to turn business and governance needs into practical system solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), GRC platforms, data migration or executive dashboards is an advantage.
- Be an Australian citizen and able to obtain an AGSVA Baseline security clearance.
- Engage stakeholders effectively and work well in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Hold a valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check.
