  • Track revenue and accounts receivable through Power BI reports for the revenue cycle team.
  • Partner with project leaders to understand workflows and create analytics that monitor financial performance.
  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Collect requirements for data visualization and analysis.
  • Work with data teams and analysts to source, clean, and transform data.
  • Build advanced DAX measures and calculations.
  • Apply data security practices and support compliance.
  • Investigate and fix issues with Power BI reports.
  • Train and assist Power BI users.
  • Stay informed about Power BI updates and industry developments.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain knowledge of client data, including payer mix, insurance and financial classes, patient access systems, and data timing.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support daily operations.
  • Work with colleagues and clients to develop solutions.
  • Identify and resolve problems promptly and thoroughly.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • One to three years of experience, or equivalent, in healthcare revenue cycle analytics.
  • Understanding of data modeling and data visualization.
  • Experience using SQL to manipulate and extract data.
  • Knowledge of DAX for creating calculations.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
  • Understanding of best practices for working efficiently with large datasets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across the organization.
  • Problem-solving and creative abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions using accurate, timely analysis.
  • Integrity, dependability, urgency, and focus on results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A smartphone or other electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security.
  • Ability to follow directions, collaborate, work under stress, and meet the stated physical demands.
  • Ability to understand and follow Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Ability to limit access to protected health information (PHI) to the minimum necessary.
  • Ability to use, protect, and disclose PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards.

Privalumai

  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Monday–Friday night shift, 9 PM–5 AM.
  • Power BI certifications are an advantage.
