Aprašymas

  • Promote and sell Stryker’s Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers throughout the assigned territory.
  • Lead product evaluations and support procedures in operating rooms and office-based clinical settings.
  • Achieve territory performance goals and meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations in clinical and procedural environments.
  • Deliver on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting during surgical procedures.
  • Develop relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
  • Find new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Educate customers through in-service sessions and training programs.
  • Record sales activity, customer interactions, and territory results using approved tools and reporting processes.
  • Partner with regional leaders on territory planning, opportunity prioritization, and growth strategy execution.
  • Travel approximately 20% within the assigned territory.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or other high-performance setting and an interest in sales.
  • At least five years of professional experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or territory-based selling with a record of meeting performance goals.
  • Ability to provide in-person support during clinical product evaluations and procedures.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds in a clinical setting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Medical device, surgical, healthcare, or procedural sales experience preferred.
  • Experience selling capital equipment or consumable products preferred.
  • Experience working with hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, or other procedural accounts preferred.
  • Experience supporting product evaluations, clinical procedures, or customer education programs preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a COVID-19 vaccination if required by customer account policies.
