- Partner with e-commerce stores across cosmetics, jewelry, supplements, fitness, and fashion.
- Serve as the primary link between clients and the internal team.
- Hold regular check-ins while developing lasting client relationships.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver client projects from start to finish.
- Create email marketing and CRM strategies tailored to client goals.
- Coordinate with copywriting, design, and technical implementation specialists.
- Design and run creative experiments to improve campaign performance.
- Apply established best practices to refine email-sending volume.
- Help improve clients’ growth and profitability through effective marketing programs.
Reikalavimai
- Bring 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM.
- Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous.
- Be ready to learn and use new tools.
- Communicate in an open, constructive, and positive way.
- Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
- Know how to interpret data and turn insights into creative marketing strategies.
- Speak German fluently.
- Have strong written and spoken English skills.
- Be willing to work from Germany.
