  • Win new customers and develop markets across the assigned postal code region.
  • Grow and maintain your own network of customer contacts.
  • Support existing business customers and develop those relationships strategically.
  • Lead sales from initial outreach and on-site meetings through to signed contracts.
  • Partner with the Sales Manager to support company growth.
  • Bring forward ideas and contribute to shaping projects.
  • Reply to customer emails and arrange appointments.
  • Call current customers and prospective clients.
  • Keep customer records and notes up to date in the CRM.
  • Prepare quotations and send them to customers.
  • Visit businesses and make cold calls to arrange meetings.
  • Follow up on quotations until contracts are signed.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team and take part in meetings.

Reikalavimai

  • At least two years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services or technical services.
  • A proactive drive to win new customers and enthusiasm for prospecting.
  • A confident, persuasive manner, strong negotiation skills, and a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent spoken and written German.
  • Interest in technology and confident use of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Class B driver's license.
