Fashion Design Room Manager

Lead the execution of Showpo’s seasonal fashion collections, overseeing supplier relationships, samples and garment technicians. Maintain quality, fit, margins and delivery timelines for monthly ranges.

Aprašymas

  • Oversee timely, high-quality execution across each season
  • Manage samples from concept through approval of Showpo’s shipment samples
  • Lead supplier relationships, including cost negotiations, sourcing and product development
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to maintain critical paths and deliver monthly ranges
  • Manage the dedicated team of garment technicians
  • Run the Design team’s daily operations in line with the Critical Path
  • Guide design workflow from sign-off through shipment sample approval
  • Ensure fabrications are fresh, commercially viable and practical to construct
  • Present a cohesive, balanced collection at the buy that meets RRP expectations
  • Keep collections on target for margin
  • Improve fit performance across designers’ work
  • Oversee quality across design outputs and production
  • Approve new and core fabrics
  • Review the fit rail

Reikalavimai

  • Experience in fashion, including own-design or private-label work
  • A strong eye for quality
  • Experience building internal and external relationships, with an understanding of design execution
  • A dynamic leadership style that builds team cohesion and develops people
  • The ability to inspire and positively influence the team and wider organization
