  • Manage the Foundation’s social media, from planning and publishing content to engaging audiences and tracking performance.
  • Create and edit material for the website, social channels, newsletters, presentations, and other communications.
  • Develop stories and impact content that highlights programmes, partners, and results.
  • Coordinate video projects, including event coverage, interviews, highlights, and post-event edits.
  • Manage newsletters and direct communications with donors and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, media contacts, and external communications partners.
  • Help maintain consistent messaging, visual identity, and communications standards.
  • Plan and deliver a website revamp in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
  • Create, update, and improve website content in line with communications goals and SEO practices.
  • Deliver communications activities and campaigns that support marketing and fundraising goals.
  • Support communications for events, campaigns, conferences, seminars, and related activities.
  • Work with marketing and fundraising teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Support collaboration with ITTF, World Table Tennis, international sports organisations, and strategic partners.
  • Track communications performance, audience engagement, and digital reach.
  • Prepare regular communications reports and insights.
  • Coordinate the preparation and production of reports.
  • Provide communications and organisational support to the Managing Director and wider team.
  • Report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation.

Reikalavimai

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least two years of communications and social media management experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English, including copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, management tools, and content creation software.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Contao, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles and practices.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills, including short-form vertical video creation.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring communications and social media performance.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively in communications and content creation workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience with Chinese social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
