Communications Coordinator, ITTF Foundation
Help advance the ITTF Foundation’s global table tennis social impact through digital content, social media, campaigns, and stakeholder communications.

- Manage the Foundation’s social media, from planning and publishing content to engaging audiences and tracking performance.
- Create and edit material for the website, social channels, newsletters, presentations, and other communications.
- Develop stories and impact content that highlights programmes, partners, and results.
- Coordinate video projects, including event coverage, interviews, highlights, and post-event edits.
- Manage newsletters and direct communications with donors and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, media contacts, and external communications partners.
- Help maintain consistent messaging, visual identity, and communications standards.
- Plan and deliver a website revamp in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
- Create, update, and improve website content in line with communications goals and SEO practices.
- Deliver communications activities and campaigns that support marketing and fundraising goals.
- Support communications for events, campaigns, conferences, seminars, and related activities.
- Work with marketing and fundraising teams on integrated campaigns.
- Support collaboration with ITTF, World Table Tennis, international sports organisations, and strategic partners.
- Track communications performance, audience engagement, and digital reach.
- Prepare regular communications reports and insights.
- Coordinate the preparation and production of reports.
- Provide communications and organisational support to the Managing Director and wider team.
- Report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with colleagues across the organisation.
आवश्यकताएँ
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- At least two years of communications and social media management experience.
- Strong written and spoken English, including copywriting skills.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, management tools, and content creation software.
- Experience with content management systems such as Contao, WordPress, or similar platforms.
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles and practices.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills, including short-form vertical video creation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring communications and social media performance.
- Knowledge of public relations principles.
- Ability to use AI tools effectively in communications and content creation workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience with Chinese social media platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
