BMS Commissioning Engineer
Lead Carrier’s remote commissioning engineering team in a hybrid Bangalore operation. Oversee service metrics, reporting, training, analytics, and process improvement.

- Lead a team of engineers delivering remote commissioning projects.
- Meet defined service-level agreements, key performance indicators, and daily deliverables.
- Monitor service performance, address breaches, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Assign work, set project deadlines, and track progress.
- Evaluate team performance and provide coaching.
- Plan staffing levels and track leave to maintain operational continuity.
- Build a professional, collaborative, results-focused team environment.
- Use AI tools and data analytics to identify operational insights.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports and performance metrics.
- Analyze escalations and trends in detail.
- Improve processes and standardize effective practices.
- Deliver technical and process training to develop the team.
