Aprašymas

  • Lead upgrades to Baxter Care Communications products
  • Assess customer sites
  • Upgrade applications on servers and proprietary devices
  • Configure system networks
  • Coordinate with customer IT teams to understand local environments and carry out upgrades
  • Lead technical discussions with internal teams and external partners on complex integrations
  • Verify system performance, quality, and reliability after upgrades
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement
  • Report to the Remote Services Manager

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or at least four years of equivalent experience in software or networking plus two listed certifications
  • At least four years of equivalent software or networking experience when substituting experience for the degree, plus two listed certifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of at least two areas among SQL, scripting, reporting engines or analytics, networking, enterprise hardware, middleware, HL7, Microsoft Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, and enterprise wireless networks
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, SQL, IIS Server, and other networked systems
  • Advanced knowledge of deploying and supporting Linux platforms, including Kubernetes, and related networked systems
  • Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP, IP routing, the OSI model, VLANs, client-server networks, managed switches, VoIP, and network security
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies and security protocols
  • Basic VoIP or PBX telephony knowledge and configuration experience
  • Experience configuring, setting up, and troubleshooting Windows- and Linux-based systems
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNA or higher, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA ITF, CompTIA A+, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or LPI Linux Essentials
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable
