Trade and Transaction Reporting Manager, VP – Regulatory Assurance
Lead assurance for trade and transaction reporting controls across asset classes. Drive governance, breach remediation, and readiness for regulatory change.

- Oversee daily trade and transaction reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with control frameworks and regulatory obligations
- Contribute regulatory expertise, data analysis, and issue remediation to reporting initiatives
- Oversee submissions across asset classes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
- Chair governance forums and keep daily processes within agreed service levels
- Review and challenge exception handling, reconciliations, controls, and process issues
- Investigate and resolve reporting issues and breaches
- Conduct root-cause, impact, and materiality assessments
- Prepare operations for new and amended regulations
- Identify, investigate, and escalate reporting breaches through governance forums
- Work with stakeholders to resolve compliance breaches and maintain agreed risk appetite
Талаптар
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements across multiple global regulators
- Knowledge of relevant asset classes and structured trading businesses
- Experience in trade reporting or a middle office environment is preferred
- Substantial experience in regulatory reporting and assurance
- Knowledge of investment banking products
- Knowledge of front-to-back processes that support a stable, controlled regulatory reporting environment
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent knowledge of risk and control frameworks, including process and control documentation and supervisory frameworks
